Lunchbox: Raw Cleanse Day 6

After 5 full days of raw food I woke up feeling energized this morning.  Today I go back to work after the long weekend, which means being away from home for 14 hours.  This is my lunchbox:

Clockwise from top left:  Salad (romaine, avo, tomato, hemp seeds, nutritional yeast, currents, lemon ginger vinaigrette), Fruit (grapefruit, orange, peaches), Jungle Bars, Frawnch Onion Dip, Raw Crackers.  All Raw Vegan.

I'll also take along some extra pieces of fresh fruit, just in case.  Recipes for the easy Tahini Sauce and Jungle Bars will be posted this later this week.

What are you having for lunch today?  Have a great Tuesday!

  2. Hi Nikki - what a great lunch box! I'd love to take that when I'm eating again. Today I took a green smoothie with me to work (spinach, banana, strawberries & coconut water) and bought a carrot-apple-ginger juice for lunch. Also successfully avoided a piece of lemon drizzle cake that one of my colleagues made :-)

  4. What are jungle bars? Everything looks awesome and I hope you were prepared - 14 hours is a long time! My lunch today was pretty satisfying, just a hearty salad with baked tofu on top!

  8. I'll be posting the recipe for jungle bars this week, but they're a really simple snack bar with cacao & coconut. I've been eatin' them up in my lunches this week! Hearty salads are my favorite lunch :)
